For many years we have fulfilled the varied requirements of one of our major national housing association customers with their coin / token operated facilities or rental sites where they enjoy full cover from OPL Limited, however it is still nice to see the results of our efforts to provide the best service starting from the right commercial laundry equipment and expert installation followed by rapid response whenever a report of a fault is received. OPL Limited are delighted to have been able to assist Action Zambia with the export of an Electrolux W3330N rigid mount washer to Chainama Hills Hospital, Lusaka Zambia, as you will see in the photos it is quite an upgrade from the ancient equipment they already have! We identified Electrolux as the best option for this requirement due to their large global presence making spare parts and technical support realistic. On this occasion with the aid of photographs and emails and much appreciate support from Electrolux Spares in the UK we have managed to save Action Zambia a great deal of trouble by having the part they required supplied free of charge under warranty. OPL Limited are pleased to have improved the laundry lives of many tenants within this residential block! They are the lucky recipients of the Amazon Laundry Centre which comprises of the Speedqueen tumbler dryer with front lowered controls and mounted on a frame leaving a space for the washer underneath. In this case we felt the most robust user friendly option for multiple users was the Electrolux W455H 6kg high spin washer with simple to operate compass controls. This particular machine is very eco friendly and energy efficient included special features such as AWS automatic weighing system which calculates the appropriate level of water required for the load which means less water & heating costs and shorter cycles times for smaller loads. This laundry facility was supplied and installed on our popular rental system which means for a fixed monthly premium these machines are managed by OPL Limited with all breakdowns included.
