Primus are proud to present their brand-new FX range of eco friendly &green& high-spin washer extractors. These first machines of the FX range 8kg, 10kg and 13kg capacities made their debut 2011.
Energy and water are rapidly becoming the greatest challenges of the 21st century, water and energy saving washing machines are undoubtedly a must! To meet these requirements, the FX range has been engineered to achieve Xtremely low water and energy consumption.
The FX machines are designed to consume Xtremely little water without reducing the washing quality. In order to achieve this, the space between the drum and outter tub has been optimised. The heating elements are now in a ‘sink’ to protect them during the Xtremely low water consumption.
The drain valve is mounted directly under the tub to limit water loss between the tub and the valve. Primus recently introduced its Super-Eco wash programmes. An independent institute was engaged to rigorously test for each programme’s lowest water consumption without losing washing quality.
As today’s customers regard design as another essential aspect, industrial innovations must be accentuated by the final design. To anticipate this additional requirement, Primus worked with a highly regarded design agency to give the new FX Line a polished professional appearance.
Special attention was paid to incorporating the products’ energy efficiency, ergonomics, and environmental friendliness into their overall design. To highlight this, we have also prepared our “Xtreme in Innovation” marketing campaign, which reflects the four main elements of our development – Ecology, Energy, Ergonomics and Design.
